How do I reschedule a lesson?

Accepted Answer

If you need to change your lesson time, please notify your coach at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. If you notice us less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson cannot be rescheduled and will be counted as "DONE" (forfeited).

What happens if I am running late for class?

Accepted Answer

Your coach will wait for you for 15 minutes. If you do not join the class within the first 15 minutes, the lesson will automatically be marked as "DONE" and cannot be made up. Please try to join zoom on time!

What if I have a sudden emergency?

Accepted Answer

We understand that unexpected life events happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact your coach as soon as possible. Makeup lessons for sudden emergencies are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.

Question 4

Can I cancel a booked lesson and get a full refund?

Accepted Answer

No. Once a lesson slot is booked, cancellations and full refunds are not permitted. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure that lesson slots remain available for other students who wish to study.

Hiragana, Katakana + N5 Level

2 hours lesson on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. (Can be changed based on student's request.)

Say goodbye to Romaji! You will easily read and understand full sentences written with authentic, everyday basic grammar and vocabulary.
